Welcome to SYN3R.

SYN3R is a trading name independently owned and operated in Portugal by Ricardo Almeida. References in these Terms to “SYN3R”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to the operator of the SYN3R online store.

By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

SYN3R offers streetwear products that are produced and fulfilled through third-party production and logistics partners, including Printful.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Products

Products are generally produced after an order is placed.

Product images are intended to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences in colour, print placement or appearance may occur because of screen settings, printing processes and normal manufacturing tolerances.

Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or product availability issues.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be issued in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Product prices may change without prior notice.

Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the selected market where supported.

Applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges or other legally applicable fees may depend on the delivery destination.

Shipping & Delivery

Fulfillment and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by fulfillment requirements, shipping carriers, customs authorities, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, statutory withdrawals, replacements and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms limits a customer's mandatory statutory rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases.

Any exception relating to products genuinely made to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised will apply only where the requirements of applicable law are met.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images and other materials, is owned by SYN3R, its operator, or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or otherwise used without permission except where permitted by applicable law.
