Returns & Refunds Policy

All SYN3R products are made to order and fulfilled through trusted production partners, including Printful. Because each product is manufactured specifically for your order, our returns policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.


1. Returns & Eligibility

We offer replacements or refunds only in the following situations:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your product contains a manufacturing or print quality defect.

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number together with clear photographs showing the issue.


2. Non-Returnable Items

As every product is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection.
  • Change of mind.
  • Buyer's remorse.

Please review the sizing information carefully before placing your order.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Although we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance or circumstances outside our control, we will always do our best to assist if your shipment experiences unexpected issues.

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help investigate the shipment.


4. Refunds & Replacements

When a claim is approved, we may provide one of the following remedies:

  • A replacement product at no additional cost.
  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method, depending on the nature of the issue.

Each claim is reviewed individually. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.


5. Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe or if you believe there is any issue with your shipment, please contact us promptly so we can assist.
